Kohei Nawa is one of Japan’s new generation of enthusiastic young artists. He has held solo exhibitions at various museums in Japan, the Search Gallery in London, the Joan Miro Foundation in Barcelona.

He uses real animal stuffings to express his new concepts of beauty wrapping real-life by the digital icon of pixels. I tried to make a simple and stylish design without using colors so that his novel and unique sculpture would stand out.

This project was created as part of a school project. The course was ART 120 Intro to Typography and the assignment was to create an art exhibition brochure for Kohei Nawa.
